• Certificates of Insurance – to request a certificate of insurance, please submit a request to riskmanagement@hitchedhike.com.
• To request Special Event insurance, please email Maria Hernandez in the Procurement department.
• To file a claim against the campus, please visit the Chancellor’s Office webpage.
• Foreign Travel Insurance Program (FTIP)
